Wondering how well this thing will throw a 250 gr sink tip. I know the consensus is that these rods don’t do great with sink tip lines, but i have read the 10′ has some more backbone. I bought this rod for Great Lakes steelhead and did not get out this year.
I am thinking of using it for streamer fishing on the Delaware for smallies and whatever random surprises I may catch.
